How to Make Almond health drink
Soak the almonds for 3 to 4 hours
Milk 1 cup and
Five to ten dates
Now take few almonds and cut them into small pieces which should be added after the drink is ready

Now peel off the soaked almonds
Now add the peeled off almonds and dates to the jar
And blend it.
Add half of the milk and blend.Now add the rest of the milk to the mix And blend until smooth.Badam milk is ready now Pour to serving glasses
Decorate with the cutted almonds and serve chill.
